Our parenting focuses on child-led discovery and organic exploration. Our kids thrive in rich, free-play environments. We avoid rigid schedules in favor of a natural daily flow. Note: A baby is due in November! The role will transition to 2 toddlers + 1 infant after parental leave ends. Responsibilities & Requirements: * Facilitating child-directed free play, sensory exploration, and outdoor time (no screens). * Managing natural daily flows for meals/rest and supporting milestones (potty training). * Light child-related tidying. * 3+ years experience (child-led/multiples experience a plus).
