Babysitter

Looking for a mother's helper, as I'm usually home. I work part-time from home doing triage--sometimes light, sometimes busy--and when I get paged, I need to step away and work uninterrupted. During quieter times, I'd love help so I can get things done (my house is a bit of a disaster!). I have a 5-year-old son who is mostly nonverbal autistic and uses an AAC device, and a daughter who will be 3 soon and is a typical, energetic toddler. We also have two friendly, goofy dogs--no care required beyond optional belly rubs. They can be let in/out to our fenced backyard if needed. This role can grow into more hours and occasional babysitting shifts (higher rate) if it's a good fit.
