JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active PA license
  
• Board: BC in Radiation Oncology or Board Eligible within 5 years of training
  
• DEA: Yes
  
• Certifications: BLS; ACLS required if moderate/conscious sedation privileges requested
  
• Experience: 1-2 years preferred
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide radiation oncology treatments including IMRT, VMAT, and 3D Conformal Radiation
  
• Perform patient consultations and manage a daily caseload of 16-20 treatments
  
• Collaborate with support staff and participate in the transition from Meditech to Cerner EMR
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
  
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and credentialing requirements
