Machine Operator
Location: Carrollton, TX
Shift
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay
- $16.00 per hour during the training period

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing printed paper bags. This position is responsible for operating converting and printing equipment, monitoring production quality, performing basic machine adjustments, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations. Candidates with previous manufacturing or industrial machine experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate paper bag converting and printing machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret production orders to verify correct print, paper stock, and handle specifications.
- Assist technicians with machine setup, including loading paper rolls.
- Monitor and replenish glue levels as needed.
- Clean machine components to maintain equipment performance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
- Help calibrate machines to reduce waste and improve production quality.
- Inspect finished products for quality standards.
- Communicate with packers and production team members to maintain workflow.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
Required Experience
- Previous experience operating or working around industrial or manufacturing machinery preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience following workplace safety procedures.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Printing, converting, packaging, or paper manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Required Skills
- Experience operating or assisting with industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools, including Allen keys, wrenches, and pliers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
