Labor & Employment Senior Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.

• Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plus

• Drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers

• Detail-oriented and should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE)
