ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment upstream of and including the checkweigher.
Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and product changeovers.
Set up and adjust fill heads, valve droppers, crimpers, gassing stations, and related production equipment.
Monitor fill weights, gas weights, and equipment performance to ensure product quality.
Perform minor troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments during production runs.
Verify proper materials, components, and product specifications are being used.
Assist with line washouts and equipment cleaning between product runs.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
