Line Operator – Oil Manufacturing Plant
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Line Operator to join our oil manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production line equipment.
- Follow production schedules, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Load raw materials and assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed.
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and promptly report mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance.
- Accurately complete production logs and required documentation.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
