Production Specialist - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join their team. As a Production Specialist, you will be an integral part of the operations team, supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Specialist

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: Third M-F 10p-630a

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are maintained.
• Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to work location rules and procedures.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment during the third shift.
