Welder - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly and welding of metal components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Kingman, KS

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM

What's the Job?

• Assemble and weld metal parts on the production line to ensure product quality and safety.
• Assist with various production tasks to support manufacturing efficiency.
• Follow established guidelines to maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment used in the process.
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively to meet production standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment.
