Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in sheet metal products, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting hardware installation and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Proper installation of pem nuts, standoffs, studs, and specialty hardware using various insertion machines and setups
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and instructions for custom hardware setups
• Ensuring all work processed through hardware insertion meets quality standards
• Supporting the setup and operation of insertion machines
• Performing other tasks as assigned to support production goals

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in hardware insertion and blueprint reading
• Good basic oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience preferred
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
