Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Range: $19.83 per hour (Shift differential).

Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM 

What's the Job?

• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse
• Load and unload freight efficiently and safely, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention
• Build customer orders accurately for shipment, including packing, labeling, and weighing products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with physical inventory counts and perform minor equipment maintenance as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operate forklifts, stock pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Steel toe shoes and PPEs for safety compliance
• Understanding of safety procedures and warehouse standards
