Assembly - 1st Shift

We are seeking to hire Assemblers for our valued client in Lake Mills, WI!

Let's talk about the available shift:

• 1st: 6:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday

The Pay for the Assembler:

• $18 an hour
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assembler:

·      Assembles complex component parts that meet specifications of blueprint.

·      Works with both simple and complex set-ups using various hand tools, equipment, fixtures and tools.

·      Completes a variety of assembly operations including component assembly, electrical assembly, and final assembly.

·      Inspects, cleans, and packages parts to specifications.

·      Completes all necessary production and quality control documentation accurately.

·      Troubleshoots and helps resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications or coordinating with other resources

·      Responsible for individual quality of workmanship.
