Job Summary
The Molecular Biology of Neurodegeneration Lab in the Department of Integrative Physiology at CU Boulder invites applications for a Temporary Researcher!
Who We Are
Dr. Link’s primary research goal is to understand the basic biology of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s and ALS. His studies have utilized model organisms (C. elegans, mice), human cell culture, and postmortem brain samples. His lab is currently focused on understanding the origins of the neuroinflammation that appears central to many neurodegenerative conditions.
What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Maintenance of lab infrastructure (ordering, media preparation, tracking CO2 tanks and N2 Dewar.
- Inventorying lab chemicals and hazardous waste, etc.
- Performing independent experiments.

This is a temporary, part-time position.
What We Can Offer
The hourly rate for this position is $19.00.

What We Require
BA/BS degree in biological sciences.
What You Will Need
Some experience with cell culture and immunochemistry.
