What You'll Do

As an Security Officer, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests, staff, and performers.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and vendors.
• Conducting bag checks and screening procedures.
• Monitoring venue activity and maintaining a secure environment.
• Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Observing, documenting, and reporting security concerns.
• Enforcing venue policies and procedures.
• Representing Elite Security & Staffing with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are:

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Strong communicators with excellent judgment.
• Able to remain calm and confident in fast-paced environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Security Guard License.
• Dallas Law Training certification.
• Ability to provide required identification and licensing documentation.

Schedule

• Part-time opportunities available.
• Morning availability strongly preferred.
• Must be flexible and dependable, as schedules are based on event needs.
• Minimum requirements- No visible tattoos on face, neck or hands.
