Barista - Full-time

Basic qualifications include being able to:

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Work flexible hours, which include morning shifts (starting as early as 5:30am), and/or night shifts (leaving as late as 3-4am(Only in October)
- Must be available all day, between the hours of 6am-11pm, Monday's, Wednesday's and Sunday from now through summer.
- Work most weekends and Holidays
- Discover and respond to customer needs by going above and beyond with exceptional service
- Perform many different tasks, including cleaning and stocking
- Learn quickly
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Work as part of a team
- Build and maintain relationships
- Maintain composure in stressful situations

This location is a unique environment; owned by a third party company at Universal CityWalk. We are an extremely high-volume store, so it is recommended that those who apply have food/customer service experience working in fast-paced environments.
