Interior Carpenter II – Lead Residential Remodeling for Lakeside Renovation & Design
Job Overview:

- Salary/Pay Rate: $22.00–$28.00 per hour
- Location: Chesterfield, MO (Daily travel to local jobsites required)
- Job/Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Project Scope: Residential Construction / Remodeling
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License
The Opportunity:
You will serve as an integral part of a growing team of skilled craftsmen, working alongside an experienced Interior Lead Carpenter. This role allows you to deliver exceptional residential remodeling experiences while receiving dedicated investment in your individual professional growth. You will gain the hands-on training, leadership skills, and project management expertise needed to advance into a leadership position.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Perform clean on-site demolition while protecting existing home finishes.
- Complete accurate interior framing for walls, soffits, ceilings, and remodeling layouts.
- Install high-quality interior trim, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and doors.
- Assist with precision cabinetry, shelving, drywall, and insulation installations.
- Work directly from project plans, layouts, and tape measurements.
- Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and organized jobsite environment daily.
- Master company craftsmanship standards to prepare for a Lead Carpenter role.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
- Proven experience with demolition, interior framing, and finish or trim carpentry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to travel to local jobsites.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work safely on ladders throughout the workday.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and advance into a leadership position.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Basic proficiency or experience in reading and interpreting blueprint drawings.
- Demonstrated pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.
