Our client is a global leader in intimate healthcare and is expanding its presence throughout the Northwest. This is an opportunity to partner with healthcare providers, improve patient outcomes, and grow a well-established territory while representing an innovative and trusted organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage a multi-state territory across Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana
• Call primarily on Urology practices (approximately 80%)
• Develop business within Rehabilitation Centers, Hospitals, and VA facilities (approximately 20%)
• Educate providers on innovative solutions while supporting patient enrollment and product adoption
• Build long-term relationships and grow existing business while identifying new opportunities throughout the territory

This is a field-based position covering Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana. Approximately 50% overnight travel is expected. Candidates should already reside in the Boise area.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful medical sales experience (device, pharma, DME, or related healthcare sales)
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong territory management and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and prepared, with the ability to plan strategically and execute independently
• Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000-$90,000 base salary
• $150K+ On-Target Earnings
