Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Location

San Francisco, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit within a teaching hospital setting
• Circulate C-sections as needed
• Deliver postpartum care to patients following delivery
• Float to other units or facilities as operationally required, provided requisite qualifications are met
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to start and annually thereafter

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• BSN required
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• AWHONN Intermediate certification
• Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience
• Ability to circulate C-sections and provide postpartum care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing assignment experience
• Teaching hospital experience strongly preferred
• Experience charting in Epic
