Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Spine/Med-Surg unit with an 18–20 bed capacity and a 6:1 patient ratio supported by an LPN
• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
• Operate and manage unit equipment including Hoyer lifts, air mattresses, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
• Document and manage patient records using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, LPNs, and patient care technicians across day shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Medical/Surgical experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced inpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Burn care experience
• Wound care and/or ostomy care experience
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Prior travel nursing experience
