Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an LDRP setting, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum couplet care
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean section procedures
• Titrate pitocin drips and manage other titratable medications per protocol
• Perform and interpret continuous fetal monitoring using GE and OBIX systems
• Adhere to AWHONN staffing and care guidelines
• Fulfill call, standby, and floating requirements per unit policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Experience in LDRP care including couplet care
• Ability to circulate in the OR for C-section procedures
• Competency with fetal monitoring interpretation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with GE and OBIX electronic fetal monitoring systems
• Experience working in a low-volume or critical access LDRP environment
• Comfort with charge nurse responsibilities and taking a patient assignment simultaneously
