Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) setting
• Assist with Structural Heart procedures and TAVR interventions
• Deliver pre- and post-procedural care for cardiac and interventional cardiology patients
• Float to other facilities within the health system as needed, provided requisite job specifications are met
• Complete required orientation modules prior to start and annually as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Interventional Cardiology
• Experience with Cath/EP and pre/post procedural care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with Structural Heart procedures and TAVR
• Prior experience in a teaching hospital environment
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
