Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across a resource pool covering multiple Med/Surg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units within a Level 1 trauma facility
• Deliver nursing care in specialty areas including Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Surgery, and Oncology (both Surgical and Medical)
• Maintain safe patient ratios of 1:3 on Stepdown units and 1:6 on Med/Surg and Telemetry units, across units of up to 34 beds
• Utilize the Epic electronic health records system for documentation and patient management
• Adapt to unit-specific workflows and patient populations, including long-term antibiotic infusion, epilepsy monitoring, and neuro stepdown care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Strong clinical competency across Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma center
• Previous travel nursing experience
