Job Title

Travel RN – CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)

Location

Wichita, Kansas

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | On-call required (1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist with and support procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CSTs and providers to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
• Utilize EMR systems (Meditech / CPN) for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by unit guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care CVOR RN hospital experience
• Active Kansas RN licensure (or eligibility)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS certification
• Open heart and broader cardiovascular surgical experience
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
