Maintenance Technician
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00/hour

About the Role
Manpower is partnering with a well-known company local to Clarence, NY with hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician that specialized in servicing Grader Machines. This hands-on maintenance role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining egg grading and processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, basic electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience maintaining industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of egg grading and processing equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document completed work.
• Inspect machinery for wear, damage, or potential safety concerns.
• Replace worn parts and assist with installation of new equipment.
• Maintain inventory of lubricants, oils, and maintenance supplies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Cross-train and assist with maintenance projects throughout the facility as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or trade school certification in a maintenance-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience working with manufacturing or processing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems.
• Experience with electronic controls is preferred.
