We are seeking a Remote or Hybrid Management Trainee for a growing Customer Service and Sales Representative Call Center to join our team!  4-6 Week training program. You will be responsible for helping grow a team that communicates with customers by providing product information and completing a needs analysis. Are you looking for growth? You will have the ability to move into management quickly after training.


MUST be located in Alabama. Hybrid or in office may also be available.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries 
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Help hire and train new call center representatives once in management


Qualifications:

  • No previous experience necessary! We provide training.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and professional demeanor


Background check is required. Commission based pay.
