Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence and communications effectively.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members and customers.
  • Pursue 5 star Google reviews with satisfied customers.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and visitors
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry
  • Support the team by managing supplies and subscriptions
  • Maintain and control company CRM

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in customer service and schedule coordination
  • Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
