Position title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Ann Arbor, MI, US, 48105
Pay rate: $30/Hour on W2 basis
This is 100% onsite role
Job Description:
Provide administrative and coordination support to the team to ensure efficient operation of department activities. This role will support engineers and management by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal and global stakeholders, including TMC counterparts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members and leadership
- Support preparation, formatting, and distribution of technical reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Track and follow up on action items, project updates, and key deliverables
- Maintain department records, SharePoint sites, and documentation systems
- Support onboarding activities, travel reservations and general team logistics
- Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams and global counterparts (including Japan)
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent strong administrative support experience supporting senior leadership
- Basic Knowledge of SAP/Ariba
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Candidates must be tested prior to submitting and must score 80% or better to qualify
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
