About the Role:
Precision Tree Care & Removal LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Tree Trimmer to join our growing team in Live Oak, FL! This is a hands-on outdoor role where your expertise and passion for arboriculture will make a real impact every single day. Responsibilities:
- Perform professional tree trimming, pruning, and shaping to maintain tree health and aesthetics
- Safely remove dead, damaged, or hazardous limbs using chainsaws, and aerial equipment
- Operate and maintain equipment such as stump grinders, aerial lifts, skid steer, and grapple saw truck
- Follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and all company safety protocols on every job site
- Clean up job sites thoroughly, including debris removal and hauling
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in tree trimming, and removal with a tree service
- Proficiency with chainsaws, and other tree care equipment
- Ability to work at heights safely using proper safety techniques in aerial lift
- Knowledge of tree biology, pruning techniques, and safe work practices
- Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
- Drug free
- ISA Arborist Certification preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
