Immediate Opportunity - Industrial Mechanic – Plastic Pallet Manufacturing

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $24.00/hour

Join a hands-on manufacturing team producing durable plastic pallets used across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting, working with machinery, and keeping production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping our equipment operating at peak performance. Your work directly supports production quality, efficiency, and safety.

• Build, assemble, and adjust machines and mechanical components to specification
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and determine effective repair solutions
• Complete repairs using established checklists, procedures, and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure consistent operation
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
• Keep work areas, tools, and machinery clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all workplace health and safety standards at all times
• Support additional tasks as assigned based on training and experience
