Behavior Support Specialist - Family Trainer

• This is a hybrid position - work from home and in the field for a portion of the week.
• Open to applicants across Oklahoma.
• Part-Time to build to Full-Time as the caseload increases.
• We offer phone and mileage reimbursement for all employees.
• PTO and company selected holiday pay is offered for full-time positions.

Candidates must have the following:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field
• Behavioral background is strongly preferred
• Experience with individuals with I/DD is preferred
• Reliable transportation

Job location is dependent on where the applicant lives. There will be some travel, preferably no further than 60 minutes from the applicant's home. This position is for the Enid/Stillwater area and possibly surrounding areas.

Pay is competitive and is based on experience/degree level.
