Haas CNC

The Haas CNC operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Haas CNC machines to manufacture precision parts. This role requires familiarity with CNC programming, machine operation, and quality control to ensure products meet specifications efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up Haas CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints
• Operate Haas CNC equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and parts to maintain production flow
• Monitor machining process to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Inspect finished products and report any defects or deviations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
