Warehouse Receiving & Shipping Scheduler

Location: Ontario, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $22.00/hour

The Warehouse Receiving & Shipping Scheduler coordinates inbound and outbound appointments, shipment tracking, and shipping documentation to support efficient warehouse operations.

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight appointments.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Track shipment status and communicate delays or schedule changes.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Maintain dock schedules, shipment records, and daily logs.
• Assist with resolving shipment discrepancies and appointment issues.
• Support load readiness and shipping documentation.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, logistics, dispatch, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or warehouse systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work in a warehouse and dock environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Occasional lifting as needed.
