Nurse LPN

• Patient Monitoring: Check vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse), record patient histories, and report any health status or behavioral changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Clinical Duties: Administer prescribed medications,
• Comfort & Personal Care: Assist patients
• Patient Education: Instruct patients on medication management, and recovery.
• Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date patient charts, treatments, and medication logs. [1]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (typically a 1-year certificate or diploma).
• Licensing: Passage of the NCLEX-PN exam and possession of an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Physical & Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the physical stamina to stand and bend for extended periods
