Lead HVAC Technician

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. This vital hands-on role involves leading HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations at our large property in Essex Junction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

Duties

• Lead and coordinate HVAC service and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work orders
• Diagnose complex HVAC issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems, boilers, plumbing, and related mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC system layouts to plan repairs or upgrades
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance. Minimum 3 years experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and equipment repair techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read technical schematics and perform precise troubleshooting on complex HVAC systems
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and property managers effectively
