Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 48 Hours Per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center setting
• Operate within a team nursing model, collaborating with PCCs, RNs, and support staff to manage patient assignments
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotations as needed
• Float between like units and campuses as directed by unit leadership
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, credentialing standards, and holiday scheduling expectations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) license — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing
• At least one completed prior travel nursing assignment
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility — local candidates will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
