Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Fall Prevention, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light housekeeping is involved. Assistance with mobility is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. She needs help with cooking, groceries and errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
