Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My children (ages 8 and 10) have medical issues that cause intense pain to come and go. The 8yr old has violent non-epileptic seizures with very strange symptoms and needs to be washed constantly. They are kind, polite, obedient children who love talking to new people and barely ever fight. We would need to meet beforehand, and if things go well we can talk about more jobs going forward.
