Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Scrubbing experience in the cardiac cath lab with left heart caths, right heart caths, coronary interventions, peripheral diagnostic & interventions, very little structural heart such as PFO closures, and EP device procedures. Phillips required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: IR experience preferred. Ablations preferred.

Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Locals accepted for allied positions; IN residents are considered local.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. Performs cardiac cath procedures including left heart caths, right heart caths, coronary interventions, peripheral diagnostic & interventions, very little structural heart such as PFO closures, and EP device procedures.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Call required: 10-11 days/month. Flexible contract hours: 8- and 10-hour shifts for 40 hours in one workweek; 3 12-hour shifts for 36 hours in one workweek; 4 12-hour shifts for 48 hours in one workweek.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 3 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
