Production Laborer (Truss Builder)

Located in Chehalis, WA

Salary: $19.00hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

• Join a long-standing, family-owned manufacturer that produces engineered wood trusses and floor systems used in commercial construction projects nationwide
• Work in a hands-on production environment focused on efficiency, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship in a structured shop setting
• Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours and potential for long-term placement

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wood trusses and structural components using hand and power tools based on production needs
• Measure, cut, and position materials while ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Lift and move materials (50-75 lbs occasionally) and support general production tasks on the shop floor
