**What You'll Be Doing:**
Assemble metal components with precision and quality.
Operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform grinding and finishing tasks.
Work with a skilled team to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety and quality standards.

**What We're Looking For:**
Experience in assembly, machine operation, or grinding is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated candidates.
**Training is conducted on 1st shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM). After successfully completing training, employees will move to 2nd shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM).**
Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
