We’re looking for a Mechanical & Robotics Maintenance Technician who doesn’t just fix problems—but owns them, solves them, and prevents them from happening again.
In this role, you’ll lead from the front, guiding technicians while working hands-on with cutting-edge automated packaging and robotics systems. If you’re passionate about automation, troubleshooting, and leadership, this is your opportunity to level up.
🔥 What You’ll Do- 👨️🔧 Lead & Mentor a team of technicians—be the expert they rely on
- ⚙️ Install, maintain, and repair advanced automated packaging & distribution systems
- 🔍 Diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- ⚡ Troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems & PLCs like a pro
- 🔧 Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running at peak performance
- 🧠 Engineer real-world solutions to challenging reliability issues
- 🔩 Work on motors, conveyors, drives, and automation systems
- 🔥 Perform welding & fabrication for repairs and improvements
- 📈 Lead maintenance projects from start to finish
- 📝 Document work clearly for operational excellence & compliance
- 💡 Drive continuous improvement and innovation on the floor
- ✅ Proven experience in industrial maintenance or automated environments
- ✅ Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- ✅ Experience with PLCs and control systems
- ✅ Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, and automation equipment
- ✅ Ability to lead, train, and support technicians
- ✅ Skilled in electrical maintenance (3-phase systems)
- ✅ Welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with robotics, automation systems, or material handling equipment
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.65 - $42.65/hr.
