🔥 What You’ll Do

• 👨️‍🔧 Lead & Mentor a team of technicians—be the expert they rely on
• ⚙️ Install, maintain, and repair advanced automated packaging & distribution systems
• 🔍 Diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
• ⚡ Troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems & PLCs like a pro
• 🔧 Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running at peak performance
• 🧠 Engineer real-world solutions to challenging reliability issues
• 🔩 Work on motors, conveyors, drives, and automation systems
• 🔥 Perform welding & fabrication for repairs and improvements
• 📈 Lead maintenance projects from start to finish
• 📝 Document work clearly for operational excellence & compliance
• 💡 Drive continuous improvement and innovation on the floor

🛠️ What You Bring

• ✅ Proven experience in industrial maintenance or automated environments
• ✅ Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
• ✅ Experience with PLCs and control systems
• ✅ Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, and automation equipment
• ✅ Ability to lead, train, and support technicians
• ✅ Skilled in electrical maintenance (3-phase systems)
• ✅ Welding and fabrication experience

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience with robotics, automation systems, or material handling equipment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.65 - $42.65/hr.
