Warehouse Associate - Forklift (Cold Storage) | $20.00/hour | Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview:

• Join a fast-paced distribution operation handling temperature-controlled goods in a cold storage environment
• Work with a team focused on efficiency, safety, and accountability in daily warehouse operations
• Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with consistent full-time day shift hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and stage orders using a forklift, reach truck, or electric pallet jack
• Work primarily in freezer conditions while maintaining accuracy and productivity
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety standards; lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
