Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K–12 itinerant caseload across multiple school sites. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), providing staff and paraprofessional training, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with school teams to support student behavioral and academic success.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience with FBAs, staff training, and supervision preferred
• School-based experience preferred

• Full-time itinerant position (35–37.5 hours/week)
• K–12 caseload across multiple school sites
