Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Plumbing Warehouse Associate openings in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20–$22/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00AM–5:00PM & Saturday 8:00AM–3:00PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking — Pull plumbing parts, fittings, pipes, and materials according to customer and job orders.

• Inventory Handling — Receive, stock, and organize incoming plumbing supplies; maintain accurate inventory counts.

• Material Preparation — Cut, measure, and prepare piping or tubing as needed for customer orders.

• Loading & Unloading — Assist with loading trucks, staging deliveries, and unloading incoming freight.

• Customer & Technician Support — Help plumbers and contractors locate materials, answer product questions, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse Experience — Prior warehouse or plumbing supply experience preferred.

• Product Knowledge — Familiarity with plumbing parts, fittings, valves, and piping is a strong plus.

• Equipment Operation — Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (or willingness to be trained).

• Attention to Detail — Accuracy in picking orders and maintaining inventory.

• Physical Capability — Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
