This role involves safely operating a box truck to complete local deliveries of coin wraps to financial institutions, grocery stores, and retail locations. You will load and unload containers using a dolly, secure cargo, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Ram F550 box truck with a chassis-mounted body to complete local delivery routes.
- Load and unload coin wraps and large containers from the truck using dollies and other provided equipment.
- Move and maneuver containers weighing approximately 85 to 200 pounds safely and efficiently.
- Deliver coin wraps and related products to banks, grocery stores, retail stores, and other designated locations.
- Verify delivery information, including addresses, quantities, and documentation, to ensure accurate and complete deliveries.
- Secure all cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies while driving and handling materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle and work area.
- Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery location.
Essential Skills
- Current DOT certification.
- Proven driving experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to safely move and maneuver containers weighing between approximately 85 and 200 pounds using a dolly.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks using dollies or similar material-handling equipment.
- Strong awareness of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Ability to complete local delivery routes reliably and on time.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfort working with coin wraps, cash-handling containers, or similar secured materials.
- Ability to follow delivery schedules and route instructions with attention to detail.
- Strong reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Work Environment
