Title: Packaging Operator

Location: 160 New Boston Street, Woburn Massachusetts 01801

Contract: 06 Months

Payrate: $18-20/hr. on W2

Shift: M – F 6:00am – 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.

Package finished products according to established procedures and quality specifications.

Inspect in-process packaging components and remove defective products or packaging materials.

Accurately complete manufacturing documentation, including device history records and inventory counts.

Perform basic mathematical calculations to support batch record completion.

Assist with inventory counting activities as needed.

Participate in daily safety discussions, observations, and safety audits.

Maintain cleanliness of packaging stations and processing equipment.

Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE), gowning, and contamination control requirements.

Handle hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good documentation and record-keeping practices.

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
