- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and automated equipment
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Perform equipment installations and upgrades
- Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- 480V electrical experience
- PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Experience with conveyors, robotics, packaging equipment, or automated production lines
- Welding and fabrication experience
- CMMS experience
- Enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems
- Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in preventing downtime and improving equipment reliability

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
Performance Bonuses $5,000 sign on bonus paid out monthly 5% performance annual incentive bonus (based on company performance, department performance, and individual goals) 3 weeks of vacation
Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Milwaukee,WI.
