We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative and front desk operations for a Contract position based in Provo, Utah. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, assisting visitors and callers, and ensuring documents and records are handled accurately. The successful candidate will contribute to a smooth workplace environment by balancing reception support with essential clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors professionally and provide front desk support to create a positive first impression.
• Manage inbound phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately.
• Scan, organize, and maintain physical and digital documents to support efficient recordkeeping.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office coordination.
• Assist with routine clerical activities to help maintain an orderly and productive office environment.
• Support day-to-day office operations by handling basic correspondence and administrative follow-up.• Previous experience in an office support, receptionist, or administrative role.
• Ability to answer incoming calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Experience scanning and organizing documents with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of clerical procedures, including filing, record maintenance, and general administrative support.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
