Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite role spans the 2026–2027 school year, providing essential instruction and support to students within a welcoming educational community. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Educator Certification (required)
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum strongly preferred
- Sound understanding of IEP processes, data-driven instruction, and behavioral interventions
- Effective classroom management and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in the Autistic Support program
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet varying needs and learning styles
- Work closely with families, related service providers, and other educators to support student development and progress
- Foster a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement
- Monitor and document student progress; adjust instructional approaches as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
