Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Educator Certification (required)
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum strongly preferred
• Sound understanding of IEP processes, data-driven instruction, and behavioral interventions
• Effective classroom management and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in the Autistic Support program
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet varying needs and learning styles
• Work closely with families, related service providers, and other educators to support student development and progress
• Foster a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust instructional approaches as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
