This contracted opportunity is located near Naples, ME, and offers flexibility for both full-time (33.75 hours per week) and part-time (~20 hours per week) applicants. The classroom environment is welcoming and designed for collaboration, with an average class size of 19 students and support from two enthusiastic Ed Techs. If you prefer part-time hours, the team is prepared to bring on an additional Ed Tech to ensure comprehensive assistance.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification is required
• Experience teaching elementary students (K-4th grade) with learning disabilities or related health impairments
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Comfortable working alongside educational technicians and collaborating with other school professionals
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability in a classroom setting
